Alana Plays in the Fountain at Ellis Square

As many of you know, Alana is our niece.  She’s my only niece on my family’s side so she’s a special little lady to us!  Her Mommy and Daddy are visiting us this weekend and we all piled in the truck and headed to Ellis Square in Savannah’s beautiful downtown.  While Alana was hesitant to get in the mix at first, Aunt Veta coaxed her a little by carrying her into the fountains to begin with.  Soon after, our little doll-baby was prancing through the gauntlet of sprinkles all by herself.  Here are some links to show you all how Alana’s grown through these last two years:

Alana’s Three Month Session

Alana’s Six Month Session

Alana’s Nine Month Session

Alana’s Twelve Month Session

Alana’s First Birthday Party

Whew, that’s a lot of hyperlinking.  We’ve shot her a lot, looking back on it:) Here are some shots from today’s just-for-the-fun-of-it photo shoot.

As a shameless, plug, ask us about our Azelle Photography Baby Packages if you have a little one on the way or already here:)

Here’s Veta getting Alana primed for action!

….Almost there…

Here we go!

There were other fellow youngsters there, but Alana wasn’t too sure of them.  None of them look like the kiddies that she goes to school with.

This was her performing the “scream of delight.”  The S.O.D. was presented on several occasions during this outing:)

” ‘Mon V,  ’Mon “V ”  (a.k.a. Come on, Aunt Veta)

Like a general surveying the battlefield.

Even the best water fun ends in “The Towel”.  Alana was tired here and eager to get dried off.  She was rewarded with chocolate and peanut butter gelato afterwards!

Love them all, but I really am glad you got such an amazing one of her “screaming”. That picture will help me remember those precious squeals years from now :) Love you both!!
