Meet Elizabeth – Class of 2011

High school senior portraiture is close to our hearts. We can still relate to the uncertainties and the world full of possibilities lying in front of the young people entering their last year of high school. The high school senior portrait becomes a very concise statement of this point in time.

Along comes Elizabeth, a quiet and confident young woman from the Screven County High School.  When we asked about what kind of session she would like to have to represent her last year of school, she said “spontaneous and fun in downtown Savannah”.  Both she and her Mom also wanted a session that was less (or more) than traditional.

Elizabeth has a radiant smile and captivating eyes. When the sun shines on her, you can see she is radiating from within.

Since Elizabeth is fond of some of the Disney movies, we played with the “modern Cinderella” concept to showcase the pretty gown she wore during a part of the session.  Most of the rest of the session was spontaneous and fun as she’d requested.

So, if you re-visit our day yesterday, it began in a garden, where Elizabeth was getting ready for her party, walking down a street, humming her current favorite song, really enjoying her day. Whether it was the party gown or her super killer high heels shoes, she was really a modern day princess in her evening attire. We do hope that when you look at these photographs one day, you can remember this sweet, confident and beautiful girl that you are, Elizabeth. We wish you only the best in the new life you are soon to begin.

Don’t forget to leave comments for Elizabeth and her family to enjoy.
